    2. System daily monitoring, data backup and recovery;

    3. Provide internal technical support, training and customer training;

    4. Collect customer requirements, deal with customer coordination work; conduct pre-sales technical analysis support work;

    5. Prepare, revise and review technical support documents and operation instructions; propose project implementation improvement plan;

    6. Cooperate to complete the project implementation and acceptance.
